	The Clermont County Park District is opening a new 105 acre nature preserve on Friday October 16th at 11:30 am. The James L. and Wilson Nature Preserve is adjacent to Sycamore Park in Batavia. The expansion was made possible by an $845,000 grant from the Clean Ohio Fund. The new parcel brings the total acreage of the park and preserve to 158, making it the largest within the Clermont County Park District. Ribbon Cutting ceremony is Friday October 16th at 11:30 am, at the entrance to the nature preserve, (just a 1/4 mile hike from the parking lot). The ceremony is open to the public.
